The aging population is the fastest-growing demographic in the US, and every donation – no matter how small – supports our mission of helping Weld County adults age 60 and older maintain their health while living independently.
60+ Ride is averaging more than 25 new clients per month and currently provides services to nearly 1,000 older adults in Weld County. Transportation is the most common determining factor of older adults’ ability to live independently. 60+ Ride’s transportation program meets that need for Weld County adults age 60 and older, offering them the assistance they need to continue enjoying an independent lifestyle while maintaining their health. To best serve them, we rely on financial support from generous members of the Northern Colorado community.
This year, make Valentine’s Day about more than chocolates and a fancy dinner: Give to 60+ Ride in honor of or in memory of a loved one during our Heart to Heart Non-Event.
Donate $50 or more, and we’ll send your loved one a personalized Valentine’s Day card to let them know you’re helping to support 60+ Ride in their honor. In addition, we’ll feature the name of your honoree in a half-page ad in the Greeley Tribune’s Sunday edition before Valentine’s Day.
Sponsor logos or names will also be featured in the Greeley Tribune ad and included on a custom invitation sent to 2,500 individual donors, inviting them to honor or memorialize their beloved family or friends through a donation to 60+ Ride. Heart to Heart is a great opportunity to commemorate those who made an impact on your life by paying it forward to help older individuals stay active and independent.
